You've been clearing the site for the last 2 years.

Shows what you known about building works then! There are many levels of approval during major construction works. How long do you think it took to build and complete the OS?

With opening of the new Sainsbury's which was always the first step in the project, Spurs have now received final approvals from Haringey and can move forward at a good pace. The next step is to appoint the actual stadium construction company, this has gone out to an ITT & an announcement due in early 2014.

The clearance and site preparation work is being done by a separate company who may or may not bid for the stadium contract.

This FULLY OWNED stadium will be purpose built for football only, not adapted!

PS: The site clearance work started in September 2012, was then accelerated once the CPO's were granted by Haringey Council!

Griefs is apparently on holiday half-way around the world, yet he iss obsessed towards OS and West Ham.

Have Spurs' put down their first brick yet..

Tottenham will have a lovely new stadium...in the middle of nowhere. Their idea of improved transport links is to have a bus every 15 minutes, as opposed to every half-an-hour.

Myhammers

And Chicken leaves in east London and hates his local club

========================

I don’t hate any club around where I live, it’s just I was born a Spurs fan and have told you before that only a plastic would change alliances based on where they currently live. Who does that? Or who would even suggest such a thing? .

If you moved to North London I wouldn’t even want you to change sides, be a turn-coat, or be plastic Spurs fan – and I’m pretty sure all other clubs in North London would feel the same about you changing sides to their club

We all know you follow West Ham, Charlton and Millwall, but don’t judge everyone on your poor plastic standards and morals.

Back what, Moronic? It's evident that Tottenham is not a massively supported in Tottenham alone...and you need plastics like Chicken all the way from Romford...

Maf,

You did know myhammers comes from South London – not East London don’t you?

==================

No he isn’t. He has openly admitted following teams that are close to his home, mainly Charlton – which must then also include Millwall. That’s hardly “through and through” is it?

As you claim, you've lived in around Tottenham, shouldn't you be supporting Arsenal too as they aren't far from Tottenham?

=========================

Maf, you’re getting yourself in a pickle. myhammers is the one who claims you should support every club in the surrounding area to where you live – not me.

I’m on the other side of the argument. I believe in supporting just the one club, through thick and thin, not just in what area you happen to sleep.

You views are mocking myhammers – yet you are aiming them at me.

I support West Ham, but live in South London. I therefore have a soft spot for my local club, Charlton.
I usually look out for their results and have attended a few games at the Valley. I want them to do well.

Chicken lives in east London and hates his local club and takes every opportunity to have a dig at them. It can safely be said he wishes the worst for his local club.

See the difference?

Chicken has never supported West Ham and has only recently moved to Romford I believe! Where you live should have little or no bearing on who you support, the only important thing us to support your team through thick and thin. Which I think is Chicken's point!

Muffinboy, just to let you know I am currently in Queenstown airport on my way to Auckland and from there to London via Bangkok. Back home on Monday morning.........and before you bleat on about it being sad logging on while on holiday, I carry my iPad everywhere so it never detracts from my pleasure time!
