Teams used to try and injure Ronaldo every game. Come to think it, now I think he left back then due to these challenges. All these challenges didn’t result in a single red card. I think SAF was a genius as he used to see us cheated every game and he still found a way to win. When you think of it most seasons we finished on 110 points but as refs kept doing us over we kept getting around 87-90 points back then. Ronaldo final season in his prime at Man Utd, we clinched the title after a 0-0 draw when he had a goal 4 yards onside disallowed against Arsenal and the linesmen knew it was onside but disallowed it deliberately. That is why our 08-09 team scored so few goals. Heck we lost the Fa Cup semi-final that year on pens after a clear foul in box denied a penalty. In League cup final that year Spurs player completely takes our player out in the box, Spurs player thinks it is a penalty and the ref ignores it. CL semi-final Fletcher times perfectly a challenge is sent off and given a penalty against him. I think SAF was the greatest manager in history. I honestly feel like quitting watching football. That decision ruined the whole game today. It was 0-1 with Man Utd creating 2 great chances and on top when Fernandes was sent off for no reason. Spurs were hanging on last 10 minutes and then he just finishes our game over nothing. It wasn’t even a yellow card like Bruno said based on the challenge.

Same ref when we are 1-0 down disallowing a clear goal against Spurs. Funnily enough with 11 men we won that 3-1 although 4-1 with wrongly disallowed goal.

I am now so grateful we have the Europa League as a chance to qualify for the CL. These refs will kill us all season in the PL. I honestly think we could get relegated if Kavangh and Taylor and Oliver ref our games. I think our record with these refs is like 20th best in the league anyway. These three hate Man Utd for a living.
