I would be concerned though 8 big chances for Brighton. Man Utd conceded only 3 I believe when we lost 2-1.

Villa denied 2 pens on Watkins by same ref that gave West Ham a penalty against Man Utd for no reason. Even Webb was shocked by that as it shouldn’t have even take any time to discuss.

On 10th Nov 2013 Utd were 8th on 17pts with GD of +4. Today, ELEVEN years laters, Utd are 13th on 15 pts with a GD of 0. That's one hell'va transition Stretty.

If we had just beaten West Ham and Chelsea with the big chances we had, we would have been 3rd now. Add Brighton and Palace to the list and the Villa game Man Utd were the side that came the closest. Man Utd joint top for woodwork hit and top for big chances missed. If we had average finishers we would be in the title race.

It is strange, this is the most positive I have been since SAF left. Amorim left with a 100% win percentage in the league.
