I am starting to get concerned Man Utd biggest win in the league this season has been against Arsenal.
5 league wins and only one by over 1 goal. Need to step it up although today we should have had a 2 goal win going by Rashford goal and West Ham goal today.

I think if Man City had De Gea today you would have conceded around 6 goals due to lack of shots on target. Are you concerned. Brentford XG was around 2.5x more than when they beat us 4-0 today although they only scored 2 today.

Basically Ederson if he had same XG to goals conceded ratio as De Gea against Brentford, Man City would have conceded 10 goals today. De Gea I think is on course for a record away from home worst goalkeeper in history of premierleague in a calendar year. It is funny people actually said Enrique has an agenda against De Gea when he should be 20th choice keeper for Spain.

All 4 goals we conceded De Gea was at fault against Brentford. Ederson on other hand made Brentford day as hard as possible and helped defenders get back like at the end to get blocks in.


Do you remember Man Utd record away unbeaten run? Guess what De Gea barely played in that run. It was Henderson while De Gea had like a 40% save percentage at OT making one of the best defences at home look the worst.

In 2021 Man Utd I think broke the premierleague record for expected clean sheets yet De Gea somehow made us have the fewest lol. Thats how bad he is. I was so sure he was the reason and checked all the top teams stats at home of XG under 1 and guess what Man Utd were ranked 1st by far for expected clean sheets at home but 20th for actually as De Gra save percentage was around 30%.

Funny thing is De Gea has near those stats for Man Utd in every cup competition since then. He nearly dropped a clanger to gift PSG a goal to knock us out in 2019. Boris look at Newcastle United. There XG against before today is 17.09 and Manchester United is 15.64 but Newcastle United conceded 11 goals to Man Utd 19. Also I know a few of the XG against us was offside shots that wouldn’t have counted so our defence is even better.

Man Utd 4th best defence in the league for XG against this season. Interestingly Newcastle and Liverpool goalkeepers have both conceded at least 6 goals less than expected this season. England number 1 has conceded over 8. De Gea conceded 3.36 more than expected and some of the goals we conceded were gifts by De Gea so in effect we should have conceded around 9 goals this season with an average keeper in goal. That is why Ten Hag was so good at Anax defensively.

Mean Pickford has conceded at least 8 goals less than expected. De Gea has this calendar year has probably got the worst record of any goalkeeper in away games. Even when Ole got the FT job De Gea conceded like 10 goals more than expected to ruin top 4 chances.

Boris with De Gea in goal I don’t think we will win a trophy until he goes. Conceded more goals than expected in 29 out of the last 58 league games and most of those games our XG against was under 1.

People say Arsenal put us under pressure but virtually 80% of there pressure led to off target shots. Our keeper had an easy game and he let in goals due to his poor player. 1st goal everyone can see they are going to cross it, De Gea was still watching the ball and then slowly moving across when they put it into the net. Any other keeper would have been right on the Arsenal attacker, De Gea was like 8 yards away.😂
