Footwork is a key aspect of the breakdown of how the fight will go.

Superior footwork allows you to dictate the pace, create the angles for your punches, defence and control the range.

Pacquiao constant movement, will take Floyd right out of his game and will allow Pacquiao to get his punches in and the move laterally to create more angles have have Floyd reaching.

Pacquiao has the superior footwork IMO Floyd is better at body and head movement.

Yep agree he does get his head out of the way very quickly.

For me Manny's biggest weakness is no escape plan, when he gets tagged he always seems open for a killing. Watch FMJ for example he has 3 or 4 and when he gets tagged he still manages to control the fight, he will grab for a clinch or back up stick out his jab.

His defence was more sharper last night, clinch a few times, which he never usually does, landed his quick shots then moved on.

I've always been a big fan of Pac and 4 or so years ago it was a fight that had to happen, Pac would have caused FMJ all sorts of problems with his hand and foot speed plus Floyd had not faced a fighter who can throw power sohots with either hand, from any angle and while moving backwards, this would have put FMJ in a position where he was only slightly quicker the his opponent and was in danger of getting tagged while avoiding punches that in other fights he woul dhave simply avoided them.

But now I can;t see Pac beating FMJ, maybe if he trained like a demon he would have a chance but he's not the fighter he was 4 years ago and it's hard to see him ever getting to that level again, FMJ out points manny if they fight now IMO.

How will asking for 50% purse scupper the chances of a fight. Ill tell you what will cause problems - if money mayweather, who already has enough money in his bank no doubt, demands more than 50%. He used this tactic Lastime and he will employ it again

I've always thought that Mayweather in all likelihood would beat Manny, but his nut hugging fans defence of his his part to play in this shambles is irritating.

The biggest fight in boxing hasn't happened is a disgrace. Mayweather's army on nut huggers have to accept that by not facing his biggest challenge effects his legacy.

What annoys me is that Mayweather would probably win the fight, although Pac high volume power punching style could cause him problems. However, I think that Pac would be eating Mayweather right hands throughout the fight and ultimately would probably lose if they met.

I'm just disgusted that due to boxing politics, money, ego, smear campaigns and a fighter who is afraid of losing his 0, the fight has never happened. It's truly is a disgrace to the sport and the fans of boxing.

However much money Floyd has in the bank is irrelevant. He is not a charity. He brings in the money. So much so that Vegas had to bend the rules and postpone his jail time to accommodate his fight with Ortiz. He deserves the lion's share.

At that level boxing is more of a business than it is a sport.

He was offered that and still turned it down and came up with more excuses.

Floyd don't want it, and has never wanted it.

If you say so Mr Netanyahu.

Don't take my word for it Floyd has said these things himself.

Like I predicted many moons ago, Floyd has proven me right.

And one boxer's refusal to take a test in the first place didn't cause any problems I suppose?
