I really like Giroud and we, and im sure himself, know his weaknesses which i why i appreciate him more. He isn't graced with the finishing of Van Persie or the pace of Suarez but his link up and hold up play are right up there with the best in the prem. He has a sublime first touch and has provided many an assist for Ramsey et al.

Suarez pace? I mean he's not slow. But I wouldn't call him pacy.

Hes very quick with the ball at his feet though. Which is rare.

Özil is the only world class player we have, Cazorla is next.
Bayern has world class Muller, Ribery, Robben to share the scoring responsibilities from the striker. Then they have world class Schweinsteiger as DM/CM, and he paired with another exceptional DM in Javier Martinez. Lahm is world class, and Dante is very underrated. In goal, they have world class Neuer. They have a good reason why a world class striker is not needed.
By the way, Pizarro is a proven striker in the Bundesliga for years and as good as Giroud in any given day, and he is just a sub there. Mandzukic was red hot last season and on top class form. I am not even mentioning Kroos.
