Fulham were fired up tonight and battled hard. We had a good number of chances and did well to come back from a goal down. It wasn't brilliant but there were some positives there.
one hopeful totally agree mate

Defoe the greedy piece of tripe should have played Lennon towards the end, instead he forced Lennon wide so Lennon would pass the ball back to him instead. You could see how incensed Lennon was afterwards with him! Defoe you greedy caant!!
Not for me lads. Happy with the win but not with the performance, it's easy to have 60% if you pass sideways in your own half.

Good win though! How can we moan with the win? Fulham were well up for it as the players were trying to impress their new manager. This could have been a big banana skin!

No idea what game you were watching...
Cant say the win has given me too much hope though, there was a lot to be worried about.

Glad we won but we are still making hard work of it. Possession stats are getting annoying. It doesn't mean anything, other teams are letting us have it and pass sideways. Better off ignoring it altogether.
Big three points and that's what matters, but still major question marks that aren't getting answered.
We still need to find a way of cutting through the defence when they have so many players in front of the goal. Anyone thinking like Tom Carroll would get the ball moving a lot quicker if he was here? I don't think we have anyone like him in the current squad.
players responded well to going down, maybe we didnt get enough numbers in the box and enough fizzing crosses, but the players didnt lie down at least and showed they are willing to fight for the manager

i don't mind Defoe getting a shot but wish Soldado started tonight to see if he could build on his performance from the UTD game
Well pleased with the win. Think we just about deserved it and our patience paid off. to AVB and the boys for staying composed and getting the job done
I'm happy to give time. I just would like to see some evolution in our play. I believe in AVB I just think he is getting some things wrong at the mo.
Really big period of games coming up all round. Winnable fixtures but looking at teams around us City, Everton and Chelsea all play Arsenal in December. Southampton are in the middle of a blip/tailing off, this month will make things so much clearer

Bring on Sunderland! 7 points from Man Utd at home and two away games will do us nicely. I really think having Rose and Ade back will give us a lot more balance and options. Any idea when Ade will return?

Look at the positives here, we're 3 behind a Liverpool team that is being carried by Luis Suarez and we've been playing terribly. Everton are the ones I really want to drop points at the moment, think they could be right in the mix for top 4 at the end of the season.
