I agree re Holtby constantly diving in

But he's getting better every time I see him in his overall play. Completely eclipsed the player we saw when he first joined us. Seems more dangerous and quicker etc

agree totally. which is why i get so frustrated with spurs fans continually writing players off so early.

we still do it, despite having just sold bale … who when he first came was a JINX ffs. sandro was terrible when he first came.

but spurs fans never learn. holtby just needed to settle in. as does eriksen. these are quality players.

the latest one to be written off is chadli. the guy plays fairly often for belgium in positions where they have talent such as mertens hazard and mirallas. he is clearly a very good player, but just gets written off.

Tbh with "weaker" teams at the lane holtby Dembele would work really well
