No shi* Sherlock!!!!
Yeah looking a good test all 3 outcomes possible.
India are in slightly better position. Not easy on the final day. But sa keep on batting by tea they could be close to winning.
Would be extraordinary if SA pull this off. Not a typical wanderers pitch is this if they can chase 400+ second innings
Now you realise what youngsters do. If India still stuck with old guns/ if they did not retire(no disrespect) then there was no chance that India would have performed in the same way as this young indian players have. I mean just look at the past 3 years, Tendulkar did not score a century at no.4 both home or away. and here kohli scored a very tough 100 in the first innings, where all the rest of the indian players got out in the 20s, and again scored 96.
I dont think England will lose anything if the likes of Prior and all non-performing old guys retire cause there are lots in the bench who are hungry and want to win. like stokes just proved the other innings.
SA really going for this it seems.
Terrible umpiring. Clear inside edge
In this day and age with technology.. Its down right stupid when players are given out LBW when you clearly see a deflection. Theres no need even for hotspot or snicko.
This pitch has gone very flat -Probably the heavy roller has played a big part. New ball key. Need 2 wickets quick, possibly AB's and JP and then we will have the tail to work with.
SA could potentially chase this as well. India need to reassess plans, and not overpitch it. They have done quite a lot this morning and hence so many boundaries being hit.
SA 271 for 4, de Villiers on 49, du Plessis on 52. Entering a crucial phase now....
India lack a world class spinner.
Ashwin has been getting wickets for fun in India but before this game outside sub cont his bowling average was 64.
but this pitch has nothing for the spinners. There is only much one can do in this sort of wickets. The good thing is he hasnt leaked many runs.
this is definately not a typical wanderers pitch.
Really need a wicket here. Atleast one before tea.
SA have had quite a few edges that have gone to the boundary. Will their good fortune continue...?
come on Saffers. We can win this

Most of the lady luck has been with India. Kallis was never out. Amla ducked a short ball that did not bounce, Peterson inside edge and Smith ran a stupid single.

Ajmal and Swann would have done better

Maybe but I was just talking about the present, crucial situation. India need to take some wickets. SA are not purely relying on good fortune of course....
Really need a wicket. This is where a character like Bhajji would have helped. He used to always pick wickets in this crucial times.
Just woke up.
What a turnaround from SA
Fantastic test match!!

Balls you just woke up
Crawled in at 6.
Wait... what's wrong with having a lie in?

India have bowled some site bowling since lunch. Zak has bowled around the wicket this entire innings. not a single over over the wicket.
We have lost something that should have either been a draw or a win.
Well played SA. Shows why they are the no.1 side
