"On positive side Kakuta has been called back....for what???
"

Because he's crap

Another promising youngster ruined by Chelsea...

He is an attacking midfield player right?

He was hardly going to start playing in the first team ahead of Mata, Oscar, Hazard, Willian or Schurlle!

posted on 2/1/14

He wouldn't have played even if they weren't here he's worse than Benayoun

A big club always have players for every position but still manage to squeeze in youngsters.

Jose rates Traore highly. Most likely reason why he's on loan is because he didn't get a work permit

If that so then you are next in line to replace Gandhi

Depending on youth products from the academy is overrated especially as there are many talented youngsters abroad for pennies.

JAP

Why so negative. How many 16 year olds do you know that have played a big part for anyone?
Hey why not sell Mata on the back of signing a 16 year old

posted on 2/1/14

really? Just for the sake of it you mean?

They would pick a young player becaue he is young rather than on merit?

Who does that? Which big clubs use positive discrimination?

ps I thought he was 18

I hate positive discrimination

Mata is gone anyways and it has nothing to do anyways with a youth.
We play LC, FA cup but because of depth in squad youngsters get overlooked and its been a problem at Chelsea since Roman took over.

It has nothing to be negative. .buy quality expensive players and win matches.
Matic for an instance ..buying him back has easter written all over it.

Goshh the moment you want to write something from your heart you will be called fickle

Simple question- Traore if gone due to work permit issues then my apology but if not then you never know..this guy is something special

Youngest player in Barca's squad is 21 and called Neymar.

rock a beat like accordion, call a chick but she probably dead. call my phone I aint hardly here

I knew you will bring that in

What age did Messi break into Barca squad
Iniesta
Xavi
Pedro
Basquets
Puyol
And many more.

Now people will call for my head for bringing Barca in

It makes sense keeping him around and maybe giving him what 20-60 minutes of first team football this season. Instead going on loan and having a much better chance to be playing first team football for one of the best teams in a decent league.

Keeping Lukaku around for a year started on football really did work put for him, I remember people were really willing to give him a chance after a year by calling him a dud, and rubbish.

Not comparing with any other club.

I think and am pretty sure their are few youngsters who deserve a rare call to prove if they are worthy for first team.

Ake
Chalobah

We lost to Sunderland with first team in LC...my point is when all the other clubs use it as a stepping stone for younger talent then why cant we use 1 or 2 players for that.

1 of the reasons for #free jose

He broke in on merit, not because of his age, so what is your point eaxctly, are you saying Traore is already better than the attacking midfield players we have?

If so where would you rank him? better than Mata, better than Hazard, better than Oscar?

posted on 2/1/14

KDB do you know that reserves/under 21s football in Europe has really stepped up and in itself Is a competitive league.

Piazon is star man at Vitesse ..lets see if he can play at Chelsea next season after playing in one of the best leagues in the world

posted on 2/1/14

Biggish you are contradicting yourself.

Traore hasnt given a chance yet..pre season tour he proved.

I never said that he is better than any of the players we have then so all the other youngsters
