How is the price tag relevant to the argument? And coming from a City fan. statistically, probably only Ramsey, Toure and Hazard are the midfielders who have outperformed him this season. He hasn't attained his prime level but his underperformance has often been exaggerated by opposition fans.
If you switched Giroud and Bendtner for Aguero, Negredo, Dzeko and Jovetic, you'd see the massive difference your attacking options can make for your midfielders.

I actually had to go over to my work collegue who is an Arsenal season ticket holder and he has said he has been underwhelmed by Ozil so far and does not think he has been in the top 3 ARSENAL players this season, let alone the league. When I mentioned do you think he been better than Yaya this season he just laughed.
Says it all really, I must stop getting wound up speaking to people on this forum. It annoys me when people claim this player or that player is the best just because they play for there team.
I can easily with no problem say most our (spurs) signings so far have been very poor, although I like Chriches, Eriksen and think Paulhino will be a good players, the rest are gash but will hopefully prove me wrong.
Nobody is saying Ozil is NOT a good player but he has not been putting in the performances of a WC player for Arsenal since his arrival, will he, id say he probs will but that just my opinion and he ain't done it yet.

I totally agree with that comment...and that's my point with this Kamran kid.
You can;t say he is WC and the best in the league, when you all point out "if he played with....." there should be no excuses.
If Aguero played alongside Messi...I'd say he may be the most prolific goalscorer in the world, or if Suarez did....BUT THEY DON'T....they play with who they play with.

No on the to55er ones like you and dubbed, I have seen other articles calling for him to be dropped. Don't think you would ever see that if a player has been performing to WC standard.
The fact is IF Ozil was performing to WC standard nobody could debate it. No one can say Saurez has not been performing this season, or Rooney, or Yaya. people have been questioning Ozils form so its clear he has not been to everyones expectations of him so far.
