You say chopping and changing never works but with most teams doing that these days then surely at the worst it's a level playing field.
You shouldn't sack a manager for the sake of it, but you shouldn't keep one for the sake of not sacking one.
What it comes down to is whether the manager is good enough and is doing a good enough job.
If you keep a poor manager than you're at a disadvantage to a team that may chop and change and stumble upon the right one.
Are you trying to make out it was years ago when it was only 2011 as Champions?

I think it's obvious where I stand - I would give Brian this season and next to improve the team and be challenging for promotion.
