You might wanna scrub Fabio off that list
I was shocked he put on Lindegaard in an FA cup match, although he did OK, De Gea should be starting every single important match, leave CoC for Lindegaard.
Rio in an FA Cup game against quick moving Swansea too, completely braindead move on Moyes part.
I like Fabio Robb, I want him to stay. He was the reason I watched a few Rangers games laser season.
Please Fabio stay.

He needs time to sign players. Until i've seen him lose. regularly with a squad that he has built himself, rather than the aged squad left to him I will reserve judgement. If he had Evra, Vidic, Rio, Carrick, Giggs and RvP in theit prime and we were underperforming then I would question him.
================
Why did you omit the name Rooney from your list?
When you say we should give him time to sign players, do you want more Fellaini's?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
..because I would consider Rooney to be in his prime right now.

Nah Mudd, I'd prefer Moyes to sign more Djemba-Djembas, Klebersons, Millers, Bellions, Obertans, Bebes, Dong-Fangzhous, Pruniers, Bebes, Forlans, Poborskys, Taibis, Cruyffs...

Fergie signed some players that didn't work out, no doubt, sht happens. He did get more right than wrong though.
He would not have signed donkeyfro though.
Again, you ignore the Evra's, Vidic, Ronaldo, etc.
I'm not ignoring anything... I'm simply pointing out that all managers sign poor players from time to time.
Funny you should mention Vidic and Evra, given that for their first 6 months at the club they were also both complete cack!
Also,
"He would not have signed donkeyfro though."
So he wouldn't have signed a player who was a top scorer/assist maker for Everton, but he would sign a tramp who he had never seen kick a ball?

Bebe was a punt, could have worked. If you use stats alone to judge a fotballers ability, then Lampard is a better midfielder than Scholes.
Since we are talking about judgement, how do you go from Fabregas to Fellaini and if you wanted to sign Fellaini, why not pay 23m to trigger the release clause instead of paying more?
Actually Vidic and Evra were not cak for 6 months, the first few games they played, they struggled but the pedigree was there.
With Fellaini, we have seen what donkeyfro can do since he's been in the prem and that is the lamp post impression and red cards
Bebe was a punt, could have worked.

We paid 4.5m for Bebe and in today's market, that's a punt.
Funny how the people who wrote him off after 1 bad game want us to give Fellaini time

Vidic, Evra, De gea etc did struggle when they first came to united. The difference with fellaini is that even while struggling they showed some flashes brilliance that gave the fans hope that we got a special player in our hands. So far Fellaini showed nothing, not a single sign of being good at anything at united

A punt on a player that SAF had never seen play... cant defend that sort of decision.
Fellaini bossed United enough times to deserve a bit of time. Bebe couldnt control his bowels, pass wind or cross his legs in his whole time with United.

Most of the players we sign, the manager has not seen play, scouts do the work for him.
You cannot forgive us for spending 4.5m on a player but can forgive someone who saw Fellaini play and decided to pay money for him??????

whole team played well against leverkusen..... doesnt mean a thing when its a complete one off.

Or did the team play well because Fellaini and Carrick gave the attacking players the base and service to go and do their thing?

He had a good game against Leverkusen, he did the basic things well but didnt show any flashes of individual brilliance like Vidic, De gea showed during their first few months. its difficult to explain, something like a defense splitting pass, goal saving tackle etc, could have inspire fans to believing in him. So far he has shown only to be average
