Nasri out for 9 months

The reason we don't like Nasri, for those that have forgotten, is that after the club took 1 1/2 seasons to build him up, he had a couple of excellent months and immediately used that form to agitate for a move or a huge wage which wad not justified. Then he repeatedly insulted the club and its fans.

It isn't funny seeing a player get injured.

Serious blow for MCFC if the reports of him being on the shelf for the rest of the season are confirmed. He will continue to earn his £180K p/w but it's hard not to feel sympathy for him.

As a club we are guilty of worse. We tap up players and poison them into running out their contracts so we can sign them up on a free. At least City pay for dinner first.

Nasri only reacted to bitter Arsenal fans who wouldn't lay off him. I would do the same as him. And there's diddly squat of difference between Nasri and Walcott. They tried to squeeze big wages out of the club after a run of good form. Difference being Arsenal kept Theo and cashed out on Nasri leaving bitter fans to pour bile on the lad.

Personally, I don't hate Nasri tbh. I'm indifferent to him. Was my favourite player when at Arsenal though. Gutted when he left.

Nasri doesn't come across as a nice person. I get the feeling he isn't a very popular person amongst fans. I personally don't really care about Nasri that much same with Adebayor etc. The only one that gets on my nerves is rvp.

Robber Pires, nonsense.

Sheriff, we know you would do the same. The arsenal fans were reacting to Nasri's behaviour. even so, Nasri should have behaved professionally. Walcott was a model professional throughout and made it clear to all that he did not want to leave the club. Entirely different behaviour.

Basically you're a Manc.

Point being if you boo or jeer or abuse Nasri and don't do the same to Walcott, you've got to be a hypocritical sheep. Don't get why fans just can't move the fack on when a player leaves. And often being made to look foolish when the likes of Ashley Cole and Nasri lift trophy after trophy and earn bigger wages.

Why do we dislike Nasri, again? Went to the place that offered him the most money and the chance of more trophies. Can't really argue against that logic?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I used to think that but he has a chip on his shoulder and loves having the odd pop at Arsenal. Still really bad news for him but I really don't feel sorry for him.

No, they were not. Nasri was getting booed at the Emirates even before he left and got tons of abuse on twitter and lashed out. Why the fack would he attack some irrelevant faceless fans on social media without provocation?

Objectivefan,
Sad but true. When it comes to transfers, we are the lowest of the low. My french mate at work calls us the evil empire.

Nasri never said he wanted to leave the club either. And he was totally professional throughout. And still gave his best in his last game against Liverpool before we sold him. It's well known Wenger wanted to keep Nasri but Kroenke couldn' resist the cash for him.

Nasri was very professional when he left Arsenal and I wished him the best when he left but the constant pops he has at the club since he left has led me to dislike him. He has forgotten that we gave him his big break in English football and made him what he is today.

posted on 12/1/14

Nasri in comparison to RVP before he left was an angel! At least he didn't go on strike like Cesc
But it was clear he wanted to leave for the money.

I hope you make it as a footballer Sheriff...and get your facking ligaments snapped on your debut. Hopefully that forces you into retirement.

Robber Pires, can you give us a link of when we've been found guilty of tapping up? If you can't, you're just repeating uninformed gossip. I remember cases involving utd and chelsea, but none involving arsenal. We're probably the most ethical club I can think of regarding transfers. Some French guy not liking that his team's youth star wants to play for Wenger doesn't mean anything.

--------------------------------------------

We made him what he is today? I beg to disagree. Nasri was a very bright talent in the biggest team in the French league and Madrid and a host of top clubs were after him. He had his pick of clubs and could have developed just the same. If anything, I'd say he underachieved a Arsenal.

Let's not start pretending we rescued him from some obscure club in Haiti at 16 or something. We paid £12m for him, ffs.

Wtf Kamran you animal?! What's with the abuse?

Fack off Dubbed. You'd laugh if that happened to Sheriff. We all would.

No I would not. I would empathise with him. Would never wish injury or hurt upon another human. We're meant to love each other on this lovely green earth.

I'm already 23 and I can't run half a mile without being out of breath, so that probably wouldn't be happening.

I actually wish it could. I'd be collecting wages for nothing like Sanogo and being a good frriend to Diaby in the treatment room.

You fairy. I'd definitely laugh. Not only laugh but celebrate too. It's Sheriff ffs.
