I'm with chicken here and i would take Berbatov back in a heartbeat. Sorry Edbo but he's not finished mate. If you was at the Fulham game which I was you would see that berbatov pi ssed all over us the whole game and was a major threat everytime the ball was played to him. He might not be the player he was but he is one of the best players I have ever seen at the lane and if he can come back short term to help us get 4th why not? Adebayor or Soldado gets injured then we are f. Ucked!!!!

I think it's a very smart move. He's different from everything we have and talk of him being finished is wide of the mark. I'd like to see how many Negredo would score with the miserly help Fulham have provided Berbs.

I'd be astonished if we got rid of Defoe without any sort of replacement, particularly when you consider Tim likes to play 2 up top. We need 4 strikers ideally and with only Kane as back up, we practically only have 2, if you ignore the fact that Defoe is here for another month.

I would take Berbatov make in a heartbeat if Kane is our only other striking option, games will be coming thick and fast again shortly and the option of Berbatov is one that would strengthen the team. He can also play in Europe so we could rotate a bit more upfront. Last years Europa campaign cost us dearly with our lack of depth
