hope he gets to keep his compensation money.
Yup think we're deluded if this means he's going to stay. It's a posturing issue to save compensation payment.... he was illegally dismissed by somebody who didn't even officially own the club. Bizarre!
I'm wondering if there isn't something untoward from BM here ie telling Ross he'd been sacked when he wasn't or had maybe misinterpreted something.
I hope this isn't the case as I really like BM but there is something very fishy here and after last week or so I wouldn't rule anything out.
Could only happen at Leeds
It looks someone exceeded their authority. Cellino or his lawyers cannot sack LUFC staff - they don't own the club (yet) and therefore have no authority.
However it does seem strange that GFH did not make a statement earlier.
Strange indeed, I for one have no idea what's going in I just hope it's the italian who's re-instated him after one of his lawyers over stepped the mark.
Otherwise this is GFH's doing and the nutter (if he gets control) will sack him anyway.
to be a leeds fan!
No way a lawyer over steps his or her authority. I would think they do nothing without their client's approval. Maybe Cellino instructed that lawyer to sack Brian without the authority. Whatever happened, GFH continue to show they are clueless.
Well Cellino still needs to be adjudged as a fit and proper person before taking charge. If he was the man responsible for prematurely sacking McD, this should be taken into consideration. Not to mention his dodgy dealings, the fact he probably knows nothing about Leeds, it's fans or its history.

Certainly provoked a reaction from fans and players alike whoever did this. Makes you wonder why it took this. Wouldn't have happened if players shown this determination the last few weeks
They realised how popular Brian actually is....
