Jose already conceded possession to City before the kick of the ball. I just wonder how we intend to keep the ball with such lineup. I see no creativity but i see a team with a lot of running in them
Evening all. Excited is an understatement. Really interested to see how this game pans out.
Going to be tough and I think Jose is playing for the draw but anything can happen. A Luiz free-kick winner?
I don't the negativity about the team selection . Most of you last season were banging on about luiz in midfield till the cows came home .
This is a great set up with rami Matic and luiz in midfield and where Jose thinks the game cam be won.
They are quick, agressive and mobile if we can keep it compact and tight we are more than capable of breaking them down on the counter attack
From a tactical point if view this is the best team we could of out out on paper
It's about how we use that possession, with Matic in the team I'm more confident we can get a counter attacking started off a lot more quicker than usual.

Skysports did a good analysis of Luiz against United just now. A lot of off the ball stuff he did well. I may have been too harsh on him after the game. I'd he does that defensive job he did against United today, I'd be happy.

I've said this all season but I was really expecting more from a £30million player. Attacking wise, Willian has disappointed massively. His final ball leaves a lot to be desired.
Hazard n Willian have been poor.matic and luiz even worse
Maybe Mourinho will learn some humility through this game
