Minidid - i think you are missing the point regarding Willian. He's not there to replicate what Hazard does (not that anyone can). But the work he gets through is truly astonishing. He is just everywhere. I read a quote a little while ago from Cech that he thought he would never see anyone who runs as much as much Ramires. But then Willian arrived. Playing with Ramires and Willian in the front midfield 3 gives us an incredible advantage - just due to their fitness. It is so difficult to play against them - they hound your every move. And they are both so quick on the break. He is a real team player - doing the dirty work that very few attacking midfield players bother with. He is fast becoming one of my favourite players.

Common chels more of the same intensity in this second half. Matic and luiz both on yellow is a concern for me. Get the ball to EDEN whenever ever possible

Let's not rest on our laurels. We should be 3 up. I didn't think we would win this, but I said to my old man earlier, if anyone can beat City here. It's us.

Hope we keep up the momentum because they're going to come out and really have a go at us and we've got a habit of being a bit lax at the beginning of the second half.

I understand where you're coming from but I just have a different viewpoint on the matter. Yes his workrate is amazing and yes he allows Hazard to shine but if Hazard is out we have no creativity in our team. Hazard literally creates everything in attack. The rest are just runners. Look at any other top side and they'll have more than just one creative player in attack.

Workrate is great but it can't be everything. Ramires gets away with it in the centre but a lot of posters complain about his technical skills. And although Willian has better technical skills than Ramires he's still not offering enough creativity in attack to justify being a 30mil buy.

That was close. We've started second half well.

We're really doing a number on city. Tactics spot on. Just need to finish our chances.

We really need to make our chances count we ve run them ragged a few times now .... We could have been well away . One goal never going to be enough

We create so many chances per game and yet score relatively few goals.

I'm thinking what subs Jose could make but I think we've already played our defensive cards from the start.
