"Liverpool will be in the frame for 3rd and 4th position alongside Chelsea and Arsenal."
Nah they won't.
Yes they will. Don't get me wrong, I can't stand Liverpool but the simple fact is that they have no European football to distract them with. I'm usually spot on with my judgement, I reckon there's more chance of Liverpool ending up in a top4 position then Arsenal.
As far as I'm concerned, Wenger has lost his club.
How does not thinking that Henderson, Carroll and Downing are good enough to fire Pool to title glory make Batmanu a moron
--------
Thats your first mistake right there, none of us Liverpool fans think these signings are gonna bring us the title(except maybe Got_Better, who I think is a wum),top four is our aim/what we are hoping for this season,so stop making these false claims.
"Liverpool will be in the frame for 3rd and 4th position alongside Chelsea and Arsenal."
What frame? A window frame? You can't seriously believe you will finish anywhere near Chelsea or Arsenal?
how does thinking they are not top 4 material make anyone a moron?

He has to be. I am guessing a United on the wind up.
Sorry but Liverpool will not finish above us. Even if they beat us this weekend, they won't finish above us because they aren't good enough. We have too much quality and we'll do better than Liverpool this season, of that I am sure of.
I've already said that if Liverpool get a Champions League spot and finish above us, I won't come on this forum again because that is how confident I am that they won't do it.
I don;t get the scouse logic, I really don't
Try to buy their way back into the upper echelons of English football by spending big on the pick of the bunch from relegation battlers
They splashed out big on and it;s all dependent on them making top 4. if they fail to do that come May, and imo they will it could all turn very ugly

Consider arguments for Arsenal...
- seasoned manager that is very well experienced in consistently finishing top 4.
- arsenal were in top 2 for large parts of the season and dropped to 4th right at the end. They weren't outside the top 4 and managed to scrape into it.
- players like wilshire and ramsey will improve further.
- if they lose to udinese they will focus on the league.
- if they beat udinese it'll show they're still good enough and give players a massive boost.

BOOKMARKED..I trust you will honour your word?
Arsenal are finished as a threat. I actually think you'll struggle for 5th.
Liverpool are a club that seem to be going in the right direction. They seem to have a unity about them, unlike Arsenal where most of their top players want out.
Are you actually going to sign anyone or is it still the failed transfer policy of a few unknown foreign youngsters or french journeymen?
Wenger has lost the club with his silly ideology that has failed miserably.
BOOKMARKED..I trust you will honour your word?

Yes, of course I will.
Liverpool are decent, but they're not yet better than Arsenal, Chelsea, City, United or even Spurs. All Spurs need is a new striker and they'd have a much better chance of finishing in the top four than you.

We heard the same when Henry left.
How many Arsenal fans are willing to give up this forum, if the unthinkable happens, and Udinese knock them out of the qualifiers? Its a long shot but hey,its worth a try, what do guys say?

Okay, I'll bet on that as well.
If Udinese knock Arsenal out of the qualifiers, I promise you I won't ever post on this forum for as long as I live.
Question
How are Liverpool going in the right direction? As I have repeatedly been saying, spending hundreds of millions on the pick of the bunch from relegation battlers is hardly a sure fire way to succes
Wenger is not given nearly enough credit, he has never failed to guide Arsenal into the top 4. Consider the budget he does this all on. Consider that it's taken Mancini nearly half a billion to accmplish once what Wenger has done every year for nearly 15 years
Every year people tip Arsenal to collapse and every year they're disappointed. 07/08 they were tipped as virtual relegation fodder and imo had Flamini and Eduardo not picked up those injuries they would have won the title that season
