Just in regard to FFP – it is not set in stone. Uefa have a remit to amend the current version if it feels clubs are abusing/finding loopholes etc etc.
In relation to CFC meeting FFP, RA converted his loans (circa £750m) to Chelsea to shares and set up a holding company (Chelsea Limited – which was later changed to Fordstam Limited) a number of years ago.
It is my understanding that Fordstam Limited still owe in excess of £700m to RA.
as I said I am not that clued up on it and am of the belief that "clever accounting " is going on at all clubs
You can't build sustained success with a manager like Jose. He'll fall out with the wrong person at some point & start turning on people as usual
The current media love in is an embarrassment to British journalism but won't last forever

True. Historically Mourinho tends to deliver short term success however but is not one for building for the future.
Just one other point I meant to raise re “dubious sponsorship deals”
Gazprom??
While never proven it is widely suspected that RA (as a former major shareholder of Gazprom , he sold billions of his assets to them) brokered Gazprom’s sponsorship deal with Chelsea and at the same time helped ‘supplement’ the deal.
As Gazprom also signed a deal with Uefa, they chose not to investigate…
Mourinho only has one thing left to do, that's sustaining success over a long period. He will do that with us.
With regards to the team, we are a few players short to truly having a team that can last as long as the last one did, and probably be even better.
Only good things to come. Soon opposition fans will be praying to whoever for a fall out between Mourinho and Abromomvich. Only hope they will have.
The future? When Roman gets fed up you are screwed

Jose has experienced all the leagues he wanted to, his ambitions now remain to build something long term at a club and to mange Portugal. I don’t believe he’d come back to Chelsea unless it was now for the long haul. Although he has been a short term manager in the past I think this being a brief tenure is wishful thinking on the part of rivals.
