Yeah I'm surprised D4 wouldn't either since Floyd is so boring why would you want to watch him compared to manny

Why? Manny was the 154lbs champion

Besides mannys not fought a real WW since Mosley he always makes fighters come up in weight or drains them

'was' being the key word.

Manny is not a champion at 154, he only had 1 match at JMW and that was a catchweight.

Floyd has fought at 154 3 times, once at catchweight. He's clearly comfortable there.

Not fighting the best in your weight classes is disgraceful

Over history, greats have always tested themselves and proved themselves by stepping up to fight at a weight they're not comfortable at to prove they're the best. Oscar v Hopkins for example. Although he lost, he was clearly winning the fight until the KO.

Oh sheet, I just realized it was Kamran who made that statement. Don't worry about it son, that was way back in 2004. Next time I'll try and give you an example from post 2013 - more your era.

He's still not weighed in on fight night past 151lbs he's hardly comfortable! He has though weighed in the same weight as manny of 151lbs weight being what separates the divisions I would say they are the same size

Pacquiao made 144lbs for Marquez with ease.

Floyd skipped breakfast ran 10 miles and still couldn't make the weight.

Well you have just made that up! We both know Floyd just never even attempted to make weight

To put it a different way manny weighed 144lbs for a 135lb weight class mayweather against Castillo was 138lbs

11 years ago to 6 years ago.

Pacquiao needs to eat 6000-8000 calories a day to be a welter. Protein shakes several times a day 8 meals a day.

Floyd is naturally bigger by about 7-8lbs.

These are the facts

Manny at lower weights is known for hydrating a lot at 130lbs against Marquez he was 144lbs on fight night so he's a lot bigger than Marquez
-----------------------------------------------------

Drink two litres of water put on 5lbs and tell me how much stronger do you feel

So are you saying manny weakens himself to give opponents a chance?

D4, no prediction league this week? Some super fights on Saturday

posted on 26/2/14

He had grown out of that weight class at the time and was cutting to make weight. Unlike Floyd Manny is not only in the gym.

When you cut weight rapidly you do weaken yourself.

Taken on too much fluids or cutting too much weakens you and cause issues.

That why Floyd likes to drain or bloat his opponents.

Yh me too, Loma's gonna make history. What weight do you think he'll max out at D4? Think he can go all the way to 140 or even 147?
