Always thought the 6 points Chelsea took off City would be the difference in the end

I actually think we have just as much chance as Arsenal to win it.

There arent many "easy" fixtures at the end of the season.

The relegation battle is tight an those teams will be fighting for their lives to stay up.

Chelsea lack of strikers will cost them

Man City, once Ageuro is back, I see them crawling back to the top and probably winning it.

Arsenal have a tough few fistures,I think they'll drop to 4th by the end

Liverpool - After the way weve been playing..ALL we need is our defense to click quickly..really quickly..if that happens.....well......you just never know

With everything thing so tight in the league this year I haven't got a clue how things will turn out.

I would say that Chelsea are favourites, but I can see City winning it if they can find the consistency. Liverpool are the outsiders with Arsenal imo, but in this topsy turvy anything could happen.

"Always thought the 6 points Chelsea took off City would be the difference in the end"

True Paul, but, they've taken those 6 points off us and if we played and won in the League tomorrow we'd still go top.

In a couple of weeks though we'll have, 3?, games in hand. If we go into those 9 points behind I think we could be in trouble.

Liverpool showing no signs of slipping up and with the advantage of only playing once a week. Really can't call it at this stage.

Good post. My main concern in recent weeks has been Spurs; Im now of the opinion that March should kill them off, hence the top four as mentioned above looks highly probable.

It's far too early though to make any predictions. This, as everyone says, is the most open season for years and anyone of the four can win it. Catastrophic collapses? It's there to happen to any of us. Hopefully, we've had our nightmare games, Villa, Swansea etc. it's down to the team and manager to show whether they are deserving of our support.

Three points to us tomorrow.

Do yourself a bit of injustice there, you're easily playing as good a football as City and Chelsea at the moment, should be setting your sights on third and automatic qualification rather than fourth, especially with the month Arsenal have ahead of them.

True, you're getting as good a results as Chelsea are at the moment then.............

Our fixtures does look very good(and favourable) on paper but the importance of teams fighting for relegation must not be understated(tend to increase their performance levels in the latter stages naturally).
There will be shocks in there to come.
Added to the fact that our players are looking increasingly fatigued.

Anyway this is how I think our remaining fixtures will pan out, as follows...

Fulham vs Chelsea - W
Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur - W
Aston Villa vs Chelsea - D
Chelsea vs Arsenal - W
Crystal Palace vs Chelsea - D
Chelsea vs Stoke City - W
Swansea City vs Chelsea - L
Chelsea vs Sunderland - W
Liverpool vs Chelsea - D
Chelsea vs Norwich City - W
Cardiff City vs Chelsea - W

There will obviously be some CL matches(provided we beat Galatasaray) in between, which might affect our league campaign.

Next six fixtures defining for Arsenal and Liverpool.

Arsenal will surprise everyone and win 10 of our remaining 11 games which will give us the title

Do you bet mf ?

You can never look ahead. You have no idea of what players will be available

posted on 28/2/14

When predicting results, you obviously can't legislate for bad luck/injuries.
Going by the squad we currently have now, available.

posted on 28/2/14

Not one to bet, but that's how I depict our results will be in the end.

Really? I know you've got the CL but you've also got a amazing squad in terms of depth.

For CM you have Matic, Ramires, Lampard, Mikel and Luiz (who can play there) all for 2 places.

Attacking midfield you have Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Salah, Schurrle for 3 places.

Surely there's plenty of scope for rotation? If you need an extra player I'd be happy for us to return Moses....

Chelsea were my pick at the start of the season and they're still my pick now. Mourinho's EPL know-how will trump Pellegrini and City in my opinion.
