To be fair Lampard got lucky. Surrounded by world class players, taking all the pens.. Soldado's had, what, 4 already? He'd be on 12 in all comps.

now he really is unlucky not to have more goals.

I'm not saying he's not a decent player JPB but yeah he got lucky big time when Roman chose Chelsea.

i genuinely want to know how many non penalty and non deflection goals lampard has scored.

his goals tally will fall by a third.

he's scored 100 goals for Chelsea from open play.

Lampard given one of the best roles in football, was free to do anything in a team that was structurally rigid otherwise. Benefitted so much.

this is only based on a few games, but this was his best spell for us :

-2 long range shots at 15 seconds and a minute. both dud.

-2 passes at 30 seconds and the one to defoe (1 min 20 ?) both duds.

-and what the fak is he doing at 2 minutes ? passing options all round him, and he just tries to draw a foul in our own half.

scholes had more talent in his left toenail than fat frank in his whole body. fat frank benefitted from being able to take all the dead balls and having free license to run into the box whenever he wanted.

how many quality goals did he actually score? 1 against barca….. how many more? 5? 6? 7?

most of his goals were bumbled in off his gigantic arris from 7 yards out.

this isn't about lampard, it's about paulinho.

Just think Paulinho looks clumsy when he strikes the ball. Does not seem to have a technical striking ability like Siggy. Like his Palace away shot, you can see he's perfected a dipping Inside of the foot strike
