Has to be 3. Hopefully the semi finals will be at decent times, went Millwall v Wigan last year and 515 is no time for a kick off.
Even an evening 745 kick off would be better for fans I think.
"if they say it suits the TV audience better aren't they missing the fact that this would mean people in the far and middle east would be unable to watch it due to it starting so late in their local time?"
Whilst I agree I prefer the usual 3:00 timeframe, just on that point, surely someone will miss out if you think of the worldwide audience regardless...?
Yes somebody would always miss out but with a 3 pm start I think the numbers affected would be much smaller - probably just extreme Far East and Australia/New Zealand would suffer
It would be nice if that fans that actually go got a say. The TV pictures are always zooming in on them so they're hardly irrelevent and they're the ones who are coughing up for tickets and in our case, travelling hundreds of miles.
If we get there that'll be 4 trips to Wembley (providing we win) in the space of 6 months. So Blues we'd be looking at about 1k all in, depending how you play it.
In such a case the FA should personally ask us what time K.O we would prefer in each fixture out of pure courtesy. We all know it won't happen though.
City fans, you are becoming as arrogant as your United neighbors. You seem to be assuming that you will be in the final this year, just like you thought that Wigan would be a walkover last year? Maybe you will be watching the game on the TV in your local tavern!

"If we get there"
"Also even if City don't make it this year"
Yeah, really arrogant.
I'm sorry, in Manchester, or to anyone with a minimal grasp of the English language, 'providing we win' is not an assumption.
Boris & grated,
My apologies, but the fact that you were already discussing an event that is almost three months away smelled a bit arrogant. I should have said "naïve". FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!
By the way "grated", I've read some of your past contributions and I don't think that you qualify as an "English Language" instructor, at least, I hope not.
A happy life to both of you.
You're obviously unaware of the problems City fans had with last years final which was a 5.15 KO. As we're a game away from another potential visit to Wembley then the OP wrote a very valid article.

Boris,
So I WAS right, it was arrogance. Enough already, good bye!
...we're also a game away from potentially being out of the cup as well you buffoon.

I used the word 'potential'. Obviously as it contains more than 5 letters it won't be in your vocabulary you slackwitted oaf.

inky,
Is it true that you and your buddy gratedbean are both currently under suicide watch?
It's only a game, try to be nice, otherwise, I will tell your Mommy! I'm sure that she told you not to call people nasty names, did she not?
At least gratedbean seems to be less rude and more mature than you. Look on the bright side, now you get the chance to focus upon Chelsea. Now, kindly get lost!
