We wouldn't be discussing a new manager if things were perfect on the pitch.
Look at the spending power of the two clubs, Arsenal spent £42m on one player, Everton got in 3 loans. I wonder what is more attractive to a manager...
--------
Coming from a club that was failed to loan Kalou to spur them on that's pretty rich.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That is the manager not the club. Hence why we are discussing a new manager!
Talk about Revenue, fan base, participation in CL, trophy expectations etc..then we can compare Everton
-------
Talk about being up your own ass!
You got humiliated by Everton, football is played on the pitch and not on a balance sheet.
Everton > Arsenal, deal with it.
_______
What a deluded muppet this guy is...
Seriously get a grip. I shouldn't even give you justification why Arsenal is bigger than Everton, only ur numpty who think other way around.
Will you say same for man u? Utd finishing below Everton this season.
Get a life man, get some grip.

Moyes took Everton from relegation battles to Champions League football. What a fecking disaster.
===
Moyes won nothing, Big Joe won the FA Cup and was selling his better palyers to keep the club afloat!

If the club finances were in such a brilliant position then you wouldn't have been in the loan market.

So you think that if asked that Martinez would jump at the chance to join Arsenal? He rejected the Liverpool job
I didn't make a comment on Joe Royle, Arouna.

Yes we would, because Wenger couldn't find the right player to buy on a permanent deal so looked for a last minute stop gap.
Not many clubs sell players good enough to spark Arsene's interest in January.

Loan is for quick fix, you understand? Arsenal obviously couldn't get right player to buy out right hence they went for loan.
I seriously don't get your logic...every argument you coming up with is so weak.
Everton fans don't seem very grateful to Moyes. Martinez could easily have flopped had Moyes not left a solid defence.

Do you work for Lpool or Wigan or for Everton? How you so sure he rejected Lpool? even if he did, Lpool were pissss poor at the time, so I won't blame him. Obviously he might have been short of confidence that he can study the ship.
DJM I've just jumped on one of the posters saying Rodgers and Martinez have to prove themselves in Europe before arsenal could consider them as prospective managers.
... both managers are at clubs that rival/surpass Arsenal.. There's no way either would go to Arsenal.. arsenal.
^ this is my point. You'll not get Martinez or Rodgers especially not if they consistently perform as well as they have done.
For Martinez and Rodgers, managing Arsenal will not be an aspiration.

A defence Marinez has playing like a team of Rio Ferdinand's
I would say only Liverpool and Swansea pass out from the back as much as Everton do now.
And he has leaked even fewer goals than Moyes managed with a team setup to defend. I guess he could dream of what football he could play with Ozil and Co.
But he is playing better stuff with rejects, loans and another managers players

Klopp has only ever won the league when hes not been in europe beyond christmas. He is as overrated as brenda and martinez
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Says more about squad depth than the manager's aptitude I am afraid.
He was the one who transformed Dortmund from wannabees to title winners and European finalists in the first place.
Must be a wum post, or a fashion statement not to regard Klopp as one among the brightest managerial prospects in Europe.
Barcelona will most probably go after one of their former players in de Boer or Laudrup. This is a frequent practice of theirs.
