Someone has Muller as golden boot and Holland for third place with a Germany/ Argentina 1,2, or other way around. That right there is a whole load of points if it comes off, and with Holland in third, and Muller as golden boot, not many will have that.

CEF, this may be a cheeky request on a work day, but seeing as you an are an Excel specialist how easily could you knock out one of those newspaper type features showing the possible mathematical outcomes? Is it really impossible for anyone to break into the top three? (I don't think I can, because the only way I could make up ground on the match scores would be by betting against my own bonuses). This is more exciting than the real football

I think it would remain more fun to keep everyone guessing

What I will say is that there are more people than you may think that can still win. At least one permutation throws up a real shock !!!

No-one has Holland for 3rd....

But by stopping Brazil being third, a Holland win will change things

Think I'll stick to domestic predictions...
