I love Gareth bale.

Without doubt one if the best players ever to wear our shirt. He will always be connected to spurs and I am proud if that.

I was devastated when he left. It wasn't his fault that levy the clown and baldini the fool p 2ssed the money down the drain

Loved the cut across the player into the box most (guaranteed a penalty if there was the vaguest of contacts) .

But for me, he merely joins Carrick/Berbatoss/Modric in the list of players who have got Spurs back up to the business end of the PL. That the club has not progressed that bit further to stand a chance of keeping them long-term, is not really any fault of theirs.

But we thank them regardless.

Is there any truth in the rumour that Madrid are playing next season CL games in navy blue shorts as homage to Spurs ??

On his career profile it will always say that he played for spurs. I can happily tell my kids that one of the best players in the world once played for our club.
