Come back when you have won 20....or may be not. Liverpool's hubris apparent from that banner all those years ago reminds us to be not like them.
And yes we can acknowledge good football.

Happy Bday Macca.
I tried doing one...but as I wrote it began to sound more MoyesOut.
So instead I have done an article on how a DoF could've eased the pressure even on Moyes --that is as close to a MoyesIN article as you can get. Unless you get #Robb to pen one.

Pellegrini should be sacked. How this City squad isn't winning the league is beyond me.

With the squad theyve got, and how bad everyone elses are, its embarassing they arent winning the league.
We would be top four easily with any decen manager.

It's a shame that not a single Utd fan would bat an eyelid our manager were to lose his job this summer, yet it seems the bloke has inconsequential backing.
"Pellegrini should be sacked. How this City squad isn't winning the league is beyond me."
If he is sacked, I'm done with football.
I hope Chelsea win, (they were my pre season pick for the league) I'd be devastated to see Liverpool lift the title.
But at the end of the day, the table don't lie.
Melts
The overreactions you get on this board are incredible
City have been good this season. A draw against a team fighting relegation may be pretty poor, but it's hardly justification for a bloody sacking
Only 2 years ago, when we were pushing for the title with you guys, somehow we managed to squander an 8 point lead with 5 games to go, losing to Wigan, you guys, surrendering a 2 goal lead against Everton late in the game and crawling past Sunderland 1-0 in our last game
That was miles worse than you guys getting beaten, just, by the league leaders and drawing against a scrapping Sunferland
Believe it or not, I have just seen an article on the United board sking if Pulis could have done a better job than Moyes, that was apparently posted just after Palace scored last night I guess the poster forgot that we beat Palace easily at their ground not long back
Compating managers over just one season (Martinez v Moyes) is a no no for me, never mind comparing managers based on one team just scoring a goal against better opposition
For his very first season in the PL, Pel had actually done a good job for me and looks a miles better fot than mancini
Help us Obi Jon Mikelobi, you're our only hope.
Its not about one result, its about not being able to win the league with by far the best squad, by an absolute mile. Which has had about £500 mil spent on it.
He should be embarassed at how inconsistant they have been.

I can't remember ever meeting a more footballing layman ever
You really are clueless in the extreme
Tell me
How could someone as awesome as Pep Guardiola with the players at his disposal. not be able to beat a second rate United team managed by one of the most tactically inept managers of all time, at OT and then struggle to go on and thrash us at their own ground?
Answers on a postcard

They still beat us, and they didnt struggle. they had about 25 shots towards our goal. thats a fact. they had 70% possesion.
Theyve won there league.
what are you trying to get at here apart from yet again saying something ratrdly stupid with no point to it and trying to look like an imbecile?

Of course they struggled you idiot
The point is, footballl is played on grass, where different circumstances and tactics happen every single game and teams are run by and played by human beings who make mistakes one day, and do not another.
It is not played by robots on a computer screen
You look at a league, how much a team cost, and come out with ludicrous statements based on the most limited of criteria that a 5 year old child could come out with
Team cost 500m so manager must be inept because it didnt beat a team that cost 400m
Utterly pathetic in the extreme
Keep it up though if you like because more and more people on here are seeing you for what you are now
A narcissistic cretin with the IQ of a toothbrush

They really didnt. No one beleives that except the pro moyes lot seprate from him to get some good press, they could choose a more believable lie though. Just saying.

Still best squads should be winning leagues, hes failed. I mean its not even like theyve had a mass injury crisis to deal with. theyve under performed. Just like under mancini, only last sumer they added 90 mils worth of talent.

"Its not about one result, its about not being able to win the league with by far the best squad, by an absolute mile. Which has had about £500 mil spent on it. "
A squad that has less spent on it than Chelsea with a manager in his first season in english football and a squad that is half suited to him, half suited to his predecessor. At the start of the season, the bookies were split 50/50 between us and chelsea. If we win our game in hand, we are one point behind them. It's revisionist expectations and its stupid.
Macca,
I agree, I am really struggling with this results only mentality that exists nowadays. People have a problem with the sacking culture, yet they are more guilty than it than some of the chairmen are (thankfully).

Ok well like it or not, sport is a results business at the top level. That's how teams, players, coaches, pundits all judge it.
