It was 5-0 at the I-pro, not the PP.

I never say 1-2 with 10 men at the City Ground so you keep it straight as well.

Hoping that McGovern may have a steadying influence on Fawaz as he appears to be listening to him. The addition of a decent CEO would hopefully also create a more settled atmosphere at the club with things hopefully running smoothly again.

Yes you had a few injuries, but you also had a big squad. The question to you is,,, is it better a have a large squad of individuals or a small team? Burnley have a small squad and are promoted, we are in the end of season lottery and finished 3rd with one of the smallest squads in the championship. Could Fawaz kept his phone in his pocket instead of tweeting all the time, was Billy boy the wright man? Non-payment of depts could have played its part. Your failure is not just down to injuries.

Pretty much the first 11 plus a few more. Hardly "a few injuries"

Club football is endlessly fascinating and it's great to go over the minutiae of the games your club has played. Long may it be so. But in the case of Forest's season there's only one detail of importance and that is the hiring of Billy. 99% of Derby fans knew this and told you but as messengers of doom, they were treated with complete disdain.

Now you see it. Billy is the reason why your season went belly-up. I recognise a lot of what went off. Whilst Billy was taking Derby to the PL it was possible to ignore the many worries his style caused to many fans. However, as soon as he became obsessed with his contract of employment, rather than re-building and preparing the squad as he should have been doing - it was obvious we had problems with our manager. The result was the lowest number of PL points in history. There is no getting away from the fact it was ALL BILLY'S FAULT.

Well, at least he won't work again as a football manager.

Someone on another thread just told me Derby fans weren't obsessed with Billy.

SHH.

Not obsessed. Just hate what he did to Derby County. But time and success on the field are great healers.
However,
a. We did warn you Forest fans
b. So did Billy with his behaviour towards Nigel Doughty
c. You have discovered his weaknesses for yourselves now but it's not necessarily worked out yet. There is re-building to be done and FFP to face.

😞 wake me up when they stop obsessing over Davies, will you?...
