Missed the match as I was at a kids birthday party at an indoor trampoline park. If there's one thing to make my body feel old it's feckin kids and feckin trampolines.

Salah’s certainly building up iconic status very quickly. Just seen this on Twitter

Anyways...good win over the weekend. Getting that first goal was a bit difficult but we were sailing once it went in.

I can't figure Salah out, he's either a top top player or he's just incredibly effective. At times he can look useless but 9 in 12 is a brilliant brilliant return.

That time he was at Chelsea...he was utterly useless.

He was crap at Chelsea yeah but there were a few moments in his first games for us when he looked like he couldn't finish for toffee.

Oh no he's clearly excellent but I think it was the Sevilla game he missed so many chances and he looked pretty inept in front of goal.

When he wasn’t given a chance and I personally couldn’t give a sh!te how he looked for them under Mourinho.

In his early games for us he missed a few chances yes but he has scored goals from the off in a Liverpool shirt.

He’s looked anything but useless to me.

Most technical players look crap under Mourinho, he prefers physical prowess to technical prowess.

I'm missing the game tomorrow

He played a total of 601 minutes, with half of the time as a sub late on in games and had 2 goals and 1 assist, which isn terrible, he was just never going to be a chance to settle properly

So todays news is apparently sturridge wants to leave in january to make a world cup slot
