So you have Skrtel speaking at 2nd language to a player who knows a few words. I'm just interested to know how Ilori knows what Sakho's linguistic capabilities are? I've never met him myself.

We could do Ilori, we could spend 100 million and wouldn't fall foul of ffp as long as we sell to buy for the next two years.

We won't do it of course, but that's how fsg can say we don't have a set budget.

As I said before, I'm happy with the 13 million spent so far, we just need to trust brendan, what roles do you guys think we still needed fill?

But you're saying we shouldn't sign Lovren because it'll stop us signing someone else. You're wrong on that. He's supposedly been one of our original targets, in which case he's already been budgeted for.

What our budget is in relation to Chelsea or City is completely irrelevant in this case.

Ilori played 9 games for Granada so is he ready?

BR spent £35m on the defence last season and we ended with Rafa's back four and flanno. If we're going to play Sakho then we need an organiser as he comes across mute.

To be fair I do think you need a good grasp of the language to captain a defence. Sakho probably just isn't at that level of understanding the language yet.
