Uh oh!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I said we'd have to score 2 or 3 to win this.... four though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Dortmund won, right?
How much you made tonight?
Mental game that. We just seemed to have a mad 20 minutes after going 3-0 up and got complacent. Credit to Salzburg though as they played out of their skins at times. Particularly Minamino - the skill for his goal was sublime. 9 times out of 10 that ends up in row Z. Seems to be a bit of a theme developing but we did just about enough to win and get the three points.
Lovely football from both teams.
I was a Mane open goal header away from over £1000
I lost out on 20k cos RBL couldn't beat Lyon
Excellent game last night, I did switch over for a min to watch Dina win the 200m though.
She is a babe

Rands not pounds
But it was a accy from all the games yesterday. Only incorrectly predicted the RBL result
I even predicted the Napoli draw
Just how good is Trent though. Generational talent imo.
Gonna captain us one day.

Yeah, I'm seeing midfield in his future. His passing ability is excellent. He does get caught the wrong side at full back at times but his pace makes up for it most of the time.
I reckon he'll end up in midfield and be absolutely class there. Underrated dribbler.
Nah he will be a full back for most of his peak career. It is one of the most important positions in our team and he had made it his own. He is arguably the best right back in world football when you put in the total package.
If he does end up in midfield, I want it to be in his mid-20s...maybe around 26 or something.
Imagine being a top 2 player in the world in your position and you're only 20 years old.
I reckon it will be like at 28/29. A bit like Lahm went into midfield when his full back legs were about to go.

I dont mind when it is but I suspect itll be when Milner finally retires. Im thinking maybe he's pencilling Hoever at rb and then Trent in midfield.
Ive zero doubt that TAA wants to play in midfield.
I was thinking of the Lahm comparison...but Trent doesn't look like a deep lying playmaker...maybe he'll develop a better positional sense as he gets older who knows.
Lahm is unique though. Started of at left back and was one of the best in the world. Then switched to RB and then midfield. Never a drop in quality. Amazing player.

Yeah I see TAA more as a box to box, rather than holding.

I started welling-up when she was giving her interview, turn into such a baby when I watch athletics for some reason. So glad for her
That was such a fun game yesterday but getting a little frustrated with Salah - feels like ridiculous nitpicking given he scored two vital goals but he's losing the ball so much these days, and kept passing into opposition yesterday. Maybe I'm misremembering

True, definitely a bit of nitpicking but uncharacteristic from him. At least Mane and Firmino are in top form at the mo
