Hato is a similar player to Timber. He is quick, aggressive and good on the ball but sometimes rash. The negative is he is too short to play as a CB in the PL. I think he would do well in this system whereby the LB is asked to be the third CB in the build up play.

Not seen him play but I saw a cute video of him meeting Van Dijk after he'd apparently been told to model his game after him.

Seems a bit mad that 6ft is considered short, Evan for a CB.

I used to play CB and am 5’10 and never considered myself too short! Imagine how Fred and Pranks must feel

I do expect Arsenal will come back strongly and go on a long run of wins at some point. I remember them having a dip this time last year when they lost a couple of games, we knocked them out the FA cup but then they went on their long run.

I hope I'm wrong though, and that hope is based on the fact they do lack a bit going forward without Saka.

They are lost without Saka. The other forwards are not even Europa league standard.

They’ll pick up form the moment they start playing once a week again

Think difference is last year they went on a mid season break to Dubai for a reset and they had minimal injuries. Don't think they have time for a break this year and their injuries don't look to be stopping anytime soon either.

Can see them doing better in second half of the season but not as well as they did last year.

Fixture wise theyve had most the hard ones already first half, hopefully the bottom half teams are up for fighting for some points for safety though.

They'd have been better off had arteta not ruined martinelli
