I'm going to be on 80% wages soon. We'll lose 10s of millions this year so I have to look at the greater good and just be thankful that I still have a job.

Yeah I think if the employee feels like the company cares about their health and not just money, they are more than willing to make the sacrifice and be thankful for having the job. Unfortunately that is not the feeling employees have got from my company, with how they have acted in recent weeks.
Although my companies income is only between £16-20m per year and things are very tight so I do understand it.
I'm. Being asked to do extra hours in both my jobs because they are both key worker roles and have people sick, I've asked both managers how they expect me to handle this, both said "we are a key service, you need to prioritize us" to both i pointed out they are both key services, and they both responded that they need me for minimum 30 hours..
My contracts are 20 hours and 6 hours respectively, I have part time jobs because I have a decent amount of capital saved up and I mitigate cost of living on the small holding.. Which needs about 20 hours a week of work on it as an average.. More now everything is starting to grow.
Not sure they can force me to do extra hours

They can't test all their frontline staff who fall ill but have two spare for Charles and Camillas mild symptoms.
Mum has been bed bound for 4 days with sickness but doesn't meet the threshold for a test, but Charles who's fine to self isolate at home is
Banned people from moving to their second homes for isolation but it's okay for Charles and Camilla to taken a jaunt up to Scotland

This virus will get rid of the elderly people which will result in making the pension funds more profitable in the longterm. The health insurance companies don't have to pay any home care or medicine anymore to those elderly.
