Basically what got me on this was that there was a picture doing the rounds that at 730am this morning there was a large queue and I mean about 130ppl with trollies waiting to get in.

First of all, where's the social distancing and secondly did they all need trollies?

Simple effort with just a few burgers and sausages to liven the mood and few beers for me

Fred you realise the government package doesn't include the self employed too right? They are restricted to about £8k of wages.

And we cna blame the government for dithering, Denmark had their salary scheme in place 6 weeks quicker than our government ffs.

And no one should EVER let them off the hook for the herd immunity plan that we had already seen utterly collapse northern Italy.

No other country followed Italys mistake, by following something you can see has failed its not a mistake its a choice.

50% of critical care patients in Italy are now outside of the "at risk" ages and groups.. Fit and healthy 20-60 year Olds.

The over 70s are also no longer receiving treatment, and we KNEW this was the path the government were putting us on, and they have since admitted they had "flawed advice and data"

As for milk running out, again we are net importers from Europe, as their production falls they will retain what they need, and exports will reduce.

Supply lines are being hit minorly at the moment, the whole plenty for everyone mantra isn't going to stop people who know what's going on panic buying longlife stuff.

As I said a week ago, and a few days ago, get yourselves down the garden centre and start growing some Veg in your gardens. It will be good to supplement the rationing we will experience if it drags on for the predicted times

The herd immunity idea was a fackin joke because your essentially putting the high risk groups at higher risk.

233 deaths now which is the same as Italy at the same stage. Whatever the plan was has failed.

Hey Kash.. Basically business owners were jacking prices up and blaming wholesalers.

There's an investigation brewing with trading standards. I've basically had a row with a couple and told them to go stick it.
Telling everyone to boycott people like them and like that moron pharmacy.

Of the first 40 patients in China 13 of them hadn't been to, or in contact with anyone from the market, and three outbreaks around the world had no links to China.

At the very least its highly suspicious

It definitely is seeing as Chinese authorities stopped the original whistleblowers from reporting it and held a huge open picnic in Wuhan to show the world everything was fine despite knowing a pneumonia-causing virus was on the loose.This isn't a China Virus, the people of China are victims of this like everyone else, but it is definitely a Chinese Communist Party Virus. When this is over China need to be sanctioned and be thankful that they are not nuked off the face of the Earth.

Yes, obviously their government covered it up to begin with and that lead to it spreading easier and quicker in the beginning but that doesn't mean it's their fault the virus started. It came from an animal, as did others throughout history.

Sanctions? What sanctions are appropriate for a virus?

And who do you think any sanctions will hurt? Because I can’t imagine sanctions that wouldn’t hurt the people of China and, as you said, they’re victims of this like everyone else.

Did the Chinese government do enough? Clearly not. That accusation could be levelled at several governments though.

It’s a virus pandemic, it’s not the first, it won’t be the last. Thankful they’re not nuked off the earth? Are you serious?

Sanction them when we in the west get most of our goods from them..
