Watched Madrid today and they looked very poor. They are playing more on the counter attack with Vinicius on the left wing which could be a difficult game for Trent when we play against them.

Another assist for Blackburn for Harvey Elliot, that’s 5 goals and 10 assists for him this season. Is he even 18 yet? And considering they’re slugging away in midtable that’s pretty impressive.
Whether he makes it with us or not he’s going to have a good career ahead of him.

Andy Robertson also been made Scotland captain.
Be a shame if he does go. He’s very reliable and alway fit, we do have a lot of injury prone midfielders.

Don’t watch much outside of our matches these days, but have paid a little attention to Bissouma when I’ve had the chance. He could definitely do a Gini job. Handy in tight spaces and always seems to have the footwork to be able find the right pass in the middle of the park.
I’d take Bissouma. Good player and PL proven which is attractive.
There don’t seem to be that many real quality central midfielders around at the moment, and certainly few available. Other ones I can think of we possibly could get like Ruiz, SMS play in the Italian league and you’d guarantee they’d flop here.
My personal choice would be Tielemans. He’d cost a lot no doubt but he’s young and he oozes class.
Tielemans isn’t a bad shout, an in all honesty, there’s a fair few in the Leicester midfield that look to have big things ahead of them. Brendans doing a fine job over there
