So Kobbie has gone from the next Pirlo, Zidane, Seedorf etc to chasing Brentford midfielders shadows but he is the answer to Englands midfield lol.

Another opposition midfield absolutely dominating Man Utd despite the presence of this new ‘wonderkid’ in that position. Add Brentford to Luton, Everton, Forest and Fulham in recent weeks alone who have done similarly against them.

It's because of his foreign/exotic sounding name. If his name was John Smith he would never make the news.

Nah this is United fans who fooled the world when it came to Scholes. I lived through the United dominance era and never once before a game against them did I think oh no Scholes is playing. I was more vary of Keane, Beckham, Giggs etc. even Brain feckin McLair.

They know how to hype a player. Against us he had a good 20 mins like the rest of the team but after 20 he was gassing.

Not taking Brighton for granted but a big win margin to boost GD and pile pressure on Arsenal and City would be nice.

Mitoma made his name against us last season. In the past they had the midfield to contain us and guys like Trossard etc making a name for themselves. Let's hope today is not the day for Fati.

We can improve our goal difference for Sheffield. Today is just about the win, especially with our recent record against Brighton and De Zerbi.

Always wary against Brighton as they have a very good recent record against us, but it’s not the same Brighton team and we are better. Plus we have taken their best player now.

we will get nothing from the manc lover ref and tierney on VAR so we need to put in a performance in and not rely on them doing their jobs correctly/fairly.

Brighton have been on the wrong end of plenty of hammerings this season.

We should beat Sheffield but it doesn't always work out against minnows we are expected to hammer.

Our recent record needs to improve v Brighton. They’re unbeaten at anfield since 2019 I believe

We’ve given up leads against them the last two seasons which were not good enough.

I actually feel sorry for players like him. I’m sure he’d much rather not be in the spotlight and just be left to develop at his own place. He’d love it at Liverpool, just look at Elliott as an example of how it should be done.
