Need it to start raining to wash away the snow around the ground as the danger of people slipping on their arseholees is what would cause the game to be postponed.

We really need this game to go ahead.

I'm sure the area has been/will be gritted.

I've seen quad bikes gritting in the area in the past. Wish we had them here, near went on my hole yesterday when walking with the family in Lisburn centre

A safety meeting was held this morning to assess the weather and travel conditions for today’s fixture against Manchester United at Anfield.

At this stage the match is planned to go ahead as normal and every effort is being made to get the game on.

A further safety meeting will take place again at midday to assess the latest conditions.

Looks promising. Fairly unlikely that conditions will worsen, just stay the same. Fingers crossed.

BBC 5live saying decision regarding the game will be confirmed at 11.45am.

First world problems.

I imagine Jarrell will start alongside VVD then. Tough call between Szobo and Jones , both in great form, but makes sense to keep it the same as the West Ham game really.

Excited for the game today I must say. My daughter has taken a liking to watching football so she will watch it with me which I really enjoy!

just seen leaf davis get away with a foul on wilson robbo wasnt allowed to get away with
