This will engender intelligent discussion. I'm sure of it.
It is my understanding that Chelsea have in fact bid for Cesc.
If they have we'd be informed, nothing to worry about
In other news Dags & Red have ruled themselves out the chase

Clearly we aren't the only people who think it, Even some Arsenal fans have started saying they don't need Cesc anyway

There is also no indication that AW is interested in bringing him back as yet (whether that relates to his buyback clause remains to be seen).
The only "sources" at the moment are all from Spain (UK media just rehashing info from Marca, Sport etc etc) who aren't the most reliable.
Think this story may run for a while.

Chelsea bidding only wakes us up might tinker with our tease plan to delay the saga but then at least we get Cesc sooner rather than later.
We're in the greatest situation in transfer history right now and I love it. The one time a big transfer is in our hands even when competing with the oil clubs
I've never known a set of fans be so possessive over a player that doesn't play for their club and didn't want to.

Geezer, I've seen the Ronaldo threads on your board.
HE LEFT YOU!!!
deal with it.
2 articles in a row re little Cesc going back to Arsenal, gonna be very funny when he signs for a different club...can see the Arsenal fans getting extremely worked up about this
IMO until such times as Arsenal show a degree of interest in resigning Cesc (to date there has been none) we can presume he is not.

I think United fans are happy he played for us, disappointed he left, but not possessive over him. There was talk last summer that he could have rejoined us, but it was just talk. Don't remember fans getting into childish hysteria over it like one or two of the Arsenal fans are over Fabregas.
The majority of posts about Ronaldo on the United board are opposition fans trying to point score, such as saying Messi>Ronaldo. Fine. He's not our player.
