Unless we can get a player with,
The vision and feet of Gianfranco Zola,
The shooting accuracy and power of Jimmy Flloyd Hasslebaink
The engine and timing of Super Frankie Lampard
The physical presence of Didier Drogba
The pace of Linford Christie
And finally the Singing voice of Rick Astley - all for under 20m........................Don't sell!!
Gazza my point is that in pure footballing terms and in regards to actual results and trophies won then selling Ronaldo did not benefit Utd at all.
In fact it could be argued that Utd became a significantly weaker force as a result of selling Ronaldo and have been in a steady decline ever since.

I think they would have been worse off had they kept him. Keeping players who want to be elsewhere doesn't work long term.

Gazza but as far as we know Hazard doesn't want to leave Chelsea.
If we sell Hazard just because we get a huge offer then I think we'd be making a terrible mistake.
We will be a much better side with Hazard than without him - just as Utd have seen without Ronaldo.
sooner or later eden will leave our club anyway either fo RM or PSG but I think he should be on hurry at the moment. if he wins next season premier l medal plus one of CL,FA cup or mickey mouse one he will leave but he can honestly say I won something I England and its time to move on however if he want to go this summer then let him go fo 60 mil pounds plus lavezzi. I do believe with 60 mil we can buy 2 quality player plus we have lavezzi and spare cash also for FFP.

We don't need to sell and I don't see PSG as an upgrade from CFC, so IMO hazard won't push for a move. When Real come a knocking in a couple of years we will need to sell, as he will push for the move and he will be Ronaldo replacement. But until then he needs to be valued at over 100 million.

I think if that was to happen within the next 2 years, then the smart move would be to try and lock him down to a contract extension now, so even if we feel we have to sell we can at least dictate the fee?!
would happily take about £60 million plus lucas moura. or £70-80 mill and get in lavezzi or another young winger.
Hazard is a great great player but so overated. He is inconsistent and when the going gets tough, well...you know the saying.
Not knocking him, but people who think hes irreplaceable need to open their eyes. He does not have that explosive pace or 30 yard shot that ronaldo, messi or even bale have.
Still a great player and was worth the £30 odd million we paid but he is not irreplaceable.
I would say mata was more so interms of productivity.

People seem to totally forgot Ronaldo at this age - more or less exactly how Nick describes. Hazard will be the next big thing, and we need to hold on to him as long as possible.
No team in their right mind would pay £60 million for Hazard, they could get Jack Wilshire for that.
350 million pounds as we are talking about WPOTY in 2 years time!
Hazard can be as brilliant as Brazilian Ronaldinho in next 3-4 years and he can beat CR7 records but true footbal greats in my opinion are Roberto Baggio Oliver Kahn with Buffon and Gianluigi Buffon in reserve as goalie plus Ronaldinho as central midfielder and Brazilian Romario and Maradona in midfield plus Brazilian Ronaldo and in defence Italian legends in Nesta Roberto Carlos and Ashley Cole and John Terry and Rui Costa with Zidane,Pele,George Best,Gazza and Drogba in reserves makes for a frightening and 4-3-3 formation in my humble opinion!
Mata is replaceable, and a player that can be improved upon in the team. Hazard not so much. Hazards explosive pace is one of his main traits, his speed over the first 5-10 yards is amazing. He was injured in the crucial part of this season, where we flopped, just shows how much we miss him when he is not here, even rushed him back early.
All these names, Lavezzi, Moura, Sanchez, blah blah blah are not as good as him. I'd take Messi, Ronaldo or Neymar over him.
If you'd take neymar over him shows how little u watch football.
He does have explosive pace over 5-10 yards and has great ball control but he will never be as good as Ronaldo or messi, doesn't have the pace, the pace off the ball, the strength and what looks like the stamina. Will be more of a Ribery/robben level IMO. Which is nothing to be disappointed in.
And kdb I hope mata is replaceable coz we have struggled to break teams down since he's left despite signing Willian, matic and eto who were all improvements on what we had.
