Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy may have other ideas though.

More names who were offered the Celtic Managers job before yer man got a shout?
3 names who would do a better job than Sally maybe?
Did leeds start again?

Can you please elaborate on this point legally. You are just mumbling nonsense now?
If anyone paid for my (internet) history I'd be in a lot of trouble
You can't trade an abstract concept, peddling that line just serves to undermine the whole argument.

I believe the term is 'assets and intangibles' and yes you can trade it.
We maintained the 'good name' of my previous company as the goodwill/reputation was worth money
How do you claim a continuation when your club was told to start again at the bottom?
Right debear or castle..which wan o' you is this just before you came on the computer to argue yer case?

Timinator of course I am pro Rangers, but I am merely giving the legal facts here. If they weren't legal facts to back up my points. Then I would be doing what Timmy and the others (like yourself) who disagree are doing and just throw out pash statements with no legal point.
Such as 'we are pyure a new club'.' Our old club lives!, so it does'
Every single legal tribunal, every decision in a court or anywhere ASA etc back my points. Not one single decision has gone against it.
Why would you want to buy Rangers history?
Clean slate or baggage, clean slate or baggage.. Erm, think we'll take the baggage thanks
Rangers are the same club.
The world over has had clubs that have had financial difficulties.
But let's not forget the fechk ups by tsb, hmrc and whyte.
It simply should not have happened.
With the big tax case pending hmrc should have not allowed the amount created by whyte in small tax Case.
And by the way Malaga would pump the tims.
Legal people love testing the law. It'll be good to get this settled one way or another.
No offence but the last time I clicked on a YouTube link on here it was some pash heavy metal.
No fear that's happenning again
