Not a good sign that there has already been "homer" ref incidents in the first Brasil game.

I'm not so fed up with the ref but dis-heartened with Brazil.
They were dirty tetchy cheats who sullied their reputation for Samba football with awful gamesmanship.
Diving for a penalty, forearm in the face, going down on a whim, feigning injury and a multitude of imaginary cards being shown to the ref by players and manager.
If that's how Brazilian football is they can feck right off!!!
I'm taking my not too round, dimpled, aerodynamic ball and going home. This is a farce.

These sort of decisions happen to the top teams in the prem every week. And they wonder why a lot of us think the game is bent.

The ref was awful. He had a decent few for the pen. Looked a dive in real time.
He didn't have the balls to make the right decision about Neymar. Funny thing is the headlines didn't make anything of the decisions. All were in praise of Neymar, who doesn't seem all that. It's like Brazil are trying to hype him up so they have someone on Messi's level.
How can anybody with any pride or strength of character show such pleasure having been awarded a cheated penalty? The whole Brazilian set up showed no shame or guilt at all. Somebody please take the game and the aggression to Brazil, rattle them and win the match.

Not one for conspiracys either but i was thinking of the countries discontent getting worse if brazil lost.
That being said I found it interesting fifa gave the "honorary" opening referees role to the japanese referee who is known for making mistakes with games.
On last nights game I thought paulinho was awful how we are not more criticised for his large fee I do not know, modric is most certainly world class even without the hair and rakatic is not as good as the media are hyping.
