Savage is brilliant, I love the man. Yes he's a complete t^t but he knows it and doesn't take himself seriously. He brings some much needed humour to the set up.
Shearer looks more and more like Phil Mitchel every day.
P neville was truly awful BUT the overreaction is ridiculous! Give him another chance... if he's still bad then I expect he'll accept commentary isn't for him. Feel a bit sorry for the bloke tho!

Phil Neville was a bit flat on his first commentary but I would rather have him give some good insight into the game than Lawrenson, who gets so much wrong and then has to backtrack on the replays, and is so sarcastic as if he knows it all.
I remember Bob Wilson when he first moved into tv presenting, very wooden and ill at ease; but in time you think less and less about what you sound like and start to concentrate on the presentation and what you are saying and soon you sound like someone born to the role.
