Only really watched the Simpsons. So yeah, the Simpsons for me.

Any Bugs Bunny or DaffyvDuck with Elmar Fudd in it.
Legend.

I am voting Futurama but Simpsons is great. Family Guy and American Dad are good. Not really seen South Park.
Family Guy is getting tiresome for me.
American Dad has surpassed it in the last few years and love it so it gets my vote.
P.S. shout out to the boondocks also.
Futurama, The Boondocks, Regular Show

Boondocks definitely up there. Archer is also a very good one.
Thought I was the only sucker that watched the Boondocks. Hardly anyone knows it.
Never even heard of Boondocks. Will look it up.
No mention for Trap Door - old school!
At its best I'd say the Simpsons but it's way passed it's best. Family Guy is also beginning to tire a bit but I still like it. Never warmed to American Dad for some reason.
Futurama another one i should have nominated, seemed to grow better as the others grew worse
American Dad's under-rated imo, i'd argue it's better than Family Guy although hardly any of my mates agree with me on that
I love South Park Bigger, Longer and Uncut. But i've only ever watched one Episode. It starts with Tiger Woods get the $hit beaten out of him by his missus and it turning out to be EA Golf
Archer, most definitely Archer.
Cant pick, its Family Guy and American Dad tie for me. I think American Dad is pulling ahead a little bit. Love SImpsons, its genious. Same with South Park. Its like Sophies Choice, so I am not gonna.
The Simpsons has become awful. Homer was the only funny person in the family anyway.
the Simpsons was genius, it's dying a slow and painful death now though
it's odd, i hated American Dad when i first watched it but it's probably my favorite now
Best episode of Simpsons for me..............Bart vs Australia.

I find Roger irritating as a character for some reason and Stan is the only really funny one.
Family Guy just has a bit more variety for me. Aside from Peter you've got Stewie, Quagmire and Brian - all good characters in their own right. Plus the abuse of Meg is always funny.
Maybe I should give American Dad another go, just hasn't done it for me whenever I've seen it.
best Simpsons episode for me was their take on Lord of the Flies, absolute class
and btw, best character is Mr Burns
The Beer Baron episode was brilliant.
Whacking Day - Homer dressed as a Martial Arts expert
Simpsons is just going on forever and seems to be straying from its original path. I've seen up to about season 21 and there are still good episodes, just not as often and not as endearing. Undoubtedly the most influential and there are some classic early episodes. Big cult following.
Futurama has brilliant characters it's easy to care about, great storylines and there aren't too many episodes. I've been watching lots over the last month or two, nearly at the end of the series.
Family Guy's more of a vehicle for jokes, I generally prefer the characters and storylines in American Dad! although Fam Guy provides some genuine moments.

took me a little while to adjust to American Dad (alot longeer than it dd with Family Guy anyway), episode that did it for me though was the cattle drive
think you're wrong to say Stan's the only source of humour, Roger is annoying, but that's the whole point of the character! Steve gets funnier as the series progresses, and so does Klaus
and Patrick Stewart's character is absolutely hilarious
