no need for jpegs anymore pooops
when will you be addressing my point?
Any new stadium will cripple your first team and then you won't fill it anyway Paying for this could lead to you becoming a lower league club like at Southampton and Coventry

You obviously have not noticed that Southampton are in the Premier League have you?
Anyway, as your club is in debt to the tune of £177m, I think its you who should be worried about finances, not us!
Still, the chap has got few options:
1) CoA - Court of Appeals
2) ECJ - European court of Justice

Yes of course they can appeal, however these cost large amounts of money & I would think they have already spent a forune on legal fees & anymore could threaten the business financially.
So tell me again what was that you were saying about the e-petition muffinmouth?
Eric was generous on Spurs..maybe he had some pressure from his Tory peers..
He has a case in the ECJ..many no win no fee lawyers are rubbing their hands..
Don't even knwo how long an e-petition can be open for to sign it..
muffinmouth.......................................I did not set the e-petition up & have not the slightest interest in knowing how long an e-petition is set up for.
Chronic......................................The trouble with these two is that they actually cannot see the wood for the trees! Neither will admit the truth, pretending instead that they are right!
I would call them a comedy duo, not like Morecambe & Wise, more like Miliband & Balls!

Filing a case in the ECJ is expensive & I would suggest Archways legal team will be advising them to accept things.
At least we will be OWNING our new ground & not one of a number of disparate tenants!
When you buy a home under mortgage do you know who is the actual owner of that home?
Oh dear, muffinboy really does not understand the processes in this country, does he?
The owner of any mortgage property is the person paying the mortgage, full stop.
The lender only has claim to a property if a borrower defaults in paying the repayments. The owner can sell a property WITHOUT the permission of the lender. The lender is of course protected under law and typically does this by retaining the Deeds to the property until such time as the mortgage is paid off etc.
Arsenal have a mortgage, so do United & virtually every other club in football who own their own grounds!

yeah course it will
we are a big club, and have the financial muscle to do well on the pitch and build a stadium too
how does it feel maf? to know that soon, once more, spurs will have a better ground than west ham, our own ground too, not some soul-less athletics dome that is half empty
Just seen West Ham are signing that Ecuadorean striker for £12m based on him scoring twice v Honduras

There you go again mate Giving it the big man about being a huge club. What a total joke. Why do you think you bought nobody this year? Because you wasted your huge windfall of £150m last summer. Now if you have to pay for a new stadium you will be unable to spend for a while going forward and that will further exasperate the crisis that began last summer The logic is flawless and your failure to accept it is an embarrassment.
cant you read you absolute mug? i said big club, not huge club. we are not a huge club. we are a big club. qpr are a small club
Spurs are going to spend more money on lynch law than building new stadium.
