Hadn't watched India at the World Cup before this match. Their fielding, energy and professionalism was top notch, but heir bowling was still poor (apart from Yadav).

Still think Australia look beatable, but I don't think they will be beaten (if that makes any sense). Clarke has been pretty poor in the last few games, but think Aus will still win.

One thing is I dont understand is why are people so happy and dissapointed that india lost.

To people that are happy that india lost. No one can argue that they played really well up until here considering all the odds were against them. 4 months in Aus without a win. Everyone writing them off and alot of pressure to defend the title.

To people that are dissapointed. We faced a veery strong australian team. Dont think there is any team in the world that can beat australia in home conditions.

and out of the top 8, they beat 3......which prior to today, was the only 3 they played in the top 8...it was impossible for them to pay anymore..unless they beat Australia.

Been reading this back and forth for a while now, so I thought I'd give you my opinion and a common enemy

This 3rd Rate side of Pakistan argument doesn't hold much water as it was only the bowling line-up that was affected and in the last Champions Trophy, India comfortably beat Pak when they had a full bowling line-up:

However, lefty you were giving it large all World Cup, calling Pak fans cowards for not bigging up their own team, were talking about an India-NZ Final earlier on this morning, so you have to be able to take some flack when your team gets knocked out.

All these comment just shows there was alot of bottled up hurt when India beat Pakistan.
