How can Jack Wilshere be overrated, when pretty much everyone but Arsenal fans claim that he is overrated?
As for those suggesting Mesut Özil -
For me it is Busquets. He is not a footballer but has been playing regularly and winning trophies for both Barca and Spain. He is a defensive midfielder but both these teams didn't need a defensive midfielder. Both have been so dominant that don't need defensive protection. He has now been caught and made look average after the dip of form of Xavi Iniesta Alonso and few other Barca and Spain players.

Cavani was fantastic when he played for Napoli, extremely quick and with a good finish. Part of a great front 3 alongside Lavezzi and Hamsik. It all turned to shy11te when he moved to PSG - barely recognisable as the same player. But then PSG seems to have that effect - they have on paper loads of talent and in actuality a mediocre team.
Mario Balotelli should be high on the list imo.
