I think for the Checkout I'll go along the 3pts for correct player, 3pts for correct amount and 10pts for both?

How does TCW normally do this?

Is it calculated using the ranking system, bookmaker odds, or just a straight points system where any win is awarded the same amount of points regardless of the game?

Could do the simple predict the 16 winners and you get their ranking points.
For the unseeded you go 32 for the player playing number 1 seed, 31 for the player playing number 2 and so on down to 17 for the player playing the 16th seed.
Then for subsequent rounds adjust the rankings so it is 1-16, with maybe 2 x the rank for points (or more)
Then add bonus points for getting the score spot on.

For example if you predict White (16) to beat Jenkins (17) you get 16 points. Then if you also got the legs spot on you get another 5 points.
