i suppose its 3 if you count Dim Sherwood deciding that Chadli was a CM

for me chadli is the wide left forward at the top in a 4 3 3. you?

I can see that, but somehow he doesn't quite strike me as a forward. Happy to be proved wrong though, and he becomes a real goal threat

i think as the season progressed he started to become more of a goal threat.

took a while to get used to the pace, plus he had injuries, and spurs fans on his back as usual when a player doesn't immediately play like zidane after he signs.

i think he's a very good player actually, and look forward to seeing him this season.

I liked chadli behind the striker too... Very good player and will get better IMO

tbh i would be happy with chadli and eriksen switching during games. one left one behind striker and alternate.

Benched today. However, Brad Friedel just called him a great prospect with a tremendous career ahead.
Good times.

imo the only thing that can stop chadli going on to be a very good player for us is the fans at WHL.

all his best performances seemed to be away from home, where he didnt have the crowd on his back.

there are some players that for whatever reason spurs fans don't take to, chadli was one.

to this day i am arguing with a mate who is a season ticket holder who thinks he is terrible. its like he made his mind up after five games, and is too stubborn to change it.

drives me mad.

problem is that there are at least 20,000 other clowns like that at every home game.


tbh i hate going to WHL now.

He did struggle at first ( like they all did ) but after his injury came back and playing up just behind the striker was really hitting a decent bit of form then Tim decided to move him back into CM and he done his best but really didn't play well ( not his fault )
