They are full of workhorses and Neymar.
Now Neymar has gone
Feel the same way and would be nice if someone else won the thing.
They were playing hoofball most of the 2nd half, must have lost count of the amount of rugby punts that were cheered like goals, sad that Falcao missed the tournement could have been what they needed yday, alot of the other columbia are just few yards behind rodriguez

I don't understand the Brazil hate going around, they are no great shakes but they're a decent 10 man team (WTF is Fred for?).
All the refs have been fairly lenient, Howard Webb included and that has enhanced the competition, less stop/start, players really going for it Brazil haven't received special treatment. They have gone about their business and they have given us a fantastic world cup that may not have been the case if they were KO'ed early.
The tackle which put Neymar out of the tournament went unpunished
Anybody but The Krauts for me
Really Billy? You surprise me.
You don't have to worry, no chance that Brazil will even get to the Final with Neymar injured.
Brazil have absolutely nobody to replace him.
There is only one international team I dislike more than the Jocks and that is the Krauts

No need, the ref will be like a twelfth man.
Disliking ze Germans, i understand where that stems from, but what has Jockland every done to you?
but what has Jockland every done to you?

About the same as the Romans
Winston Churchill likened Jockland to the Greeks more than the romans, thanks to our excessive contribution to the modern world.
Of the teams left, I hope Belgium do it. If not them, the Germans.
Agree that they're getting favouritism. The first game against Croatia was ridiculous!!
But I can't work out why Silva's goal was disallowed last night and even more insanely, he got a yellow card for it?! He didn't touch the keeper, and the ball had left the keeper's hand - what did silva do wrong?
Well said OP.
Would absolutely love to see Messi destroy them in the final.
Fat Sam relies less on set pieces and hoofball than this Brazil team.
That was the performance of the tournament so far yesterday from the Germans, for me.
Löw finally utilised Lahm properly, the midfield look more balanced & as a result their game-plan was well & truly executed.
They might need to be a bit more ruthless when ahead but on that evidence they'll be hard to stop.
A performance the 1990 side would've been proud of.
Considering the absentees & the potential replacements to add to a pretty average team as it is, I can't see the adrenaline & emotion of it all being enough to drag the Brazilians over the line again.
Germany's World Cup to lose in my opinion if the manager sticks to the same line-up.
Good article, agree with all of it.
Brazil are Greece with Neymar upfront.
Couldn't agree more with this and I know many people who feel the same. The media are once again telling us who we want to win the trophy (just like they did with Liverpool last season). Personally I can make my own mind up.
They keep telling us that Brazil is the hotbed of world football yet all their top boys play in Europe and their big domestic games play to empty stadiums. Its a bit like the English myth that the North East is more passionate about the game than the rest of us.
the ref's favouring Brazil has been a feature from the start
they are being allowed to get away with foul play and are rewarded very soft set pieces, just so that they progress into a reasonable round to prevent the country from going into meltdown
that is what i will remember this world cup as, especially if Brazil go on to win it, thought that seems unlikely now that the little weasel neymar has copped it
England played every game in '66 at Wembley, hometown bias is normal.
I'm really hoping for a Brazil vs Argentina final, with Argentina winning it
